A visit to CDFD (Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics), a premier institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, was conducted on 04-09-2024 for the students of BiPC stream. This is part of our constant dedication and persistent pursuit to enhance the learning experience of students as also to stir their imaginations, ignite their ambitions and quench their curiosity. CDFD is known for its advanced research in genetics, genomics and molecular diagnostics. This was a unique opportunity which aimed at exposing students to cutting-edge scientific research and its applications in real-world scenarios. The highly interactive sessions and the visit to genomics facilities is sure to kindle the fire of learning and a deeper appreciation for the role of research in advancing human knowledge and improving lives.
